We have recently held our conference at your hotel and would like to thank all who contributed to making it the success it was. We feel that some staff need special mention as they always went out of their way to ensure our (many) needs were met - and always with a smile.

Firstly - Cherie - what a professional and absolute pleasure to work with - not a single complaint - not even when we were on version 14 of the quote!!
Frans - our waiter at many of the meal times - always efficient and friendly - even when things were not going smoothly - he was always trying his best to make it right - any business could do with more staff like him.
Darius - always accommodating us and our constant changes - and nothing was ever too much - changing tea times, changing lunches etc. - he just takes everything in his stride.

You have a wonderful team and although Monday evening was a challenge they pulled it together and everyone left happy which is what counts!

The conferencing facilities were world-class and we appreciated the presence of Laura during breaks should we have required anything. We knew that she was right there if we needed anything.
