The purpose of the job is to verify the revenue taken during the day and checks that all accounting information relating to guests is complete and up to date. Responsible for all after hours operations of the hotel and front office, including security patrols, public area cleaning and after hour guest requests
The successful candidate must be well spoken and have excellent English both written and spoken. This person should have initiative and strong guest service levels. This person must, highly trustworthy and have sober habits with contactable references. This person will be working night shifts.

The role is focused on leisure bookings within a busy hotel reservations department. The purpose of the job is to source, receive, enter and control reservation information in the reservations systems and follow the protocols set.
Grade 12, tertiary experience in hospitality and 2 years experience in the industry, 1 year experience in Reservations in a hotel or resort environment. Must be well spoken, professional, fluent in English both spoken, read and written. Must be presentable and have contactable references This role is for a driven, self motivated individual.

The incumbent of this role will be responsible for supervising a particular part of the kitchen and its staff The incumbent must have sober habits, well groomed and hygienic

This role is for a driven, self motivated individual. The role purpose is to check guests into and out of the hotel in the correct protocol and deal with general guest queries and requests.
